Introduction
This document is prepared as contractor's presentation and guidance to how the project activities
will be implemented by Lead AI Assemah Machine Shop and Metal Works (LEAAS). It is prepared
and intended to demonstrate how the project activities will be performed in the manner that
quality and workmanship have the highest priorities.
Furthermore, this document will explained LEASS understanding the scope of works required in
the performance of work, including the provisions of OEM consumables, spare parts and the
provision of testing equipment needed for maintenance, and performance testing .

Purpose of the Work Plan
The purpose of this Work Plan is to streamline the project requirement and to create a visual
reference for the goal, objectives, tasks and team members who are responsible for full its
implementations without deviation from the contract technical requirements and contractor's
provisions and responsibilities to the project activities and performance of works..

Understanding the Scope of Works
This document hereby warrants that Lead AI Assemah Machine Shop and Metal Works (LEASS) hereby
warrant that we fully understood the technical requirements of the contract. These includes but not limited
on the major contractor's provision such as:

The sourcing, supply, replacements and installation of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
such as engine oil filters, fuel filters and Air filters and other accessories deemed necessary on the
total performance of the equipment.
Contractor shall have in stocks adequate supplies of consumable parts such as filters, engine fan
belts, and batteries etc ...These consumables shall be stored in the secured storage location in
KFMMC and subject for inspection audit of KFMMC at any given time.
Sourcing, supply and installation of Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) such as gaskets, seals
and to any or all internal spare parts such as pistons, pistons rings, crankshaft journal bearing and
any related metal parts
That contractor (LEASS) shall provide dedicated skilled technical personnel minimum qty: 2) to
perform the works regularly to conduct inspections, no-load test' '. preventive m!;;li ntenance

Provisions of Back up equipment (Diesel Generators) prior in the event that major equipment
repairs are needed. The equipment to be provided shall be of same capacity, in good, working, and
reliable condition. The provisions of such equipment includes the hooked up cables and installation
of the equipment at site.
Provide services and shall conduct the required On-load (Using Load Bank) testing to all to all
diesel generating equipment listed in the contract. The load bank testing shall be conducted at
every intervals of six (6) months. All testing performances shall be documented and recorded for
KFMMC and for submission to regulators or to authorities having jurisdictions on diesel generators
performances.
That contractor shall perform the maintenance procedures without sacrificing the quality, and
safety and shall protect the properties of KFMMC at all times.
Contractor shall perform the works and activities that will not contribute negative impacts in the
environment. (such wastes generated from maintenance activities, spills in the surrounding areas of
the diesel electrical power equipment
That the performance of any given/required maintenance activities shall be accordance with
contract requirements, pre determined schedules, activities and standard scope of works.
Duties and Responsibilities- Contractor and Designated Personnel
5.1
Contractor Responsibilities
It is the rightful and contractual duties of the Lead AI Assemah (LEASS) to execute the contract and
shall warrants that the contract performance is fully in accordance with the general Instructions
mentioned in the bid form including the terms and conditions of the Contract with no exception,
deviation and exclusion.
5.2
Designated Project Manager
The contractor designated project manager shall be the single point of contact between the
contractor and KFMMC contract representatives.
All communications to performance of field related maintenance services shall be directed to
designate project manager. These includes the lapses in contract provisions, scheduling,
arrangement and attendance to emergency situations, any technical discrepancies, related to the
maintenance activities performed, and/or any related issues regarding LEASS personnel
performances and behaviors at sites, if any.
5.3
Site Supervisor
The designated site supervisor is also the same person (Technician) that will supervise the site
activities. He will be responsible to arrange activities with technicians while at site. He will also part
in the performance maintenance activities such as supervisions, maintenance document recordings
and shall do the reporting to KFMMC all the activities performed in wee . -a-ncf'i'fiCffithly basis.

Skilled Technicians
These skilled generator technicians consists Diesel Generator Mechanic (1) and Diesel Generator
Electrical Technician (1) shall perform all the routine activities stipulated in the bid documents.

Their responsibilities includes but not limited to
services. Other work involves diagnosing and troubleshooting diesel generator engine fuel systems;
repairing and replacing fuel systems and fuel system components; diagnosing, repairing, replacing,
and calibrating electronic controls and sensors; commissioning new generators; and implementing
and maintaining a corresponding preventive maintenance program.

This is a Diesel Handheld scanner which is very simple to use. This handheld is specifically designed for the
heavy-duty application. It allows reading and clearing of DTCs, Live data reading, and even DPF on most
makes and models. This tool comes in a nice carry case and includes an OBDII cable as well as the 6 Pin, 9
Pin, and CAT 9 Pin cables.
Simple to Use
Using this tool is very simple. Plug it in, Choose HD or EOBD, run a systems automatic search to find the
systems on the engine. This then brings to a menu where the user can choose from the systems found on
the engine.

Quality Assurance and Control-
Maintenance Plans
In this project, we will prepare an equipment maintenance plan that will details all the types of required
services to the machineries .. This form will describes the equipment status and details tabular format.
This plan also assesses the type of maintenance that each piece of equipment needs, how frequently
it needs to be maintained, and who will conduct the said maintenance on that equip..~t.
Our Maintenance plans will cover:
The Maintenance Work - It must be clear on what are needed to do when creating a maintenance
plan. Once the maintenance work begins, we determine the priority areas as well as the sequence of
activities . Maintenance works shall in accordance with equipment manufacturer specifications or any
procedures that conforms with the standard industry practices .
The Maintenance Instructions- Proper instructions on equipment maintenance work must also
adhere to strict quality standards. Only by including clear instructions in the plan and be able to meet
such standards. Other considerations are including job observations to ensure the efficiency of the
maintenance tasks.
The Maintenance Schedule - The equipment maintenance schedule's purpose is to do the work as
regularly as needed - not over- maintaining by doing the work too frequently - and not under
maintaining
The Maintenance Workers.- the equipment maintenance plan must specify the skill set that is
required for each maintenance task .. Assign each member of the maintenance team to a specific tasks
based on skills ..
The Maintenance Spare Parts -. We will forecast the spare parts consumption, outsource the
products and keep in stocks. The consumables parts shall be of OEM .
The Equipment Performance Test- when conducting the required schedule of equipment
performance test for reliability, it shall be performed by LEASS with the presence of KFMMC
Authorized personnel and 3 rd Party Inspection body to certify the test conducted. Third Party
Inspection body shall submit the performance report to KFMMC.
