I would describe my strength and skills as a hard worker, quick learner, knowledgeable when it comes to providing great customer service. During my 5 years experience in a call center not only was I able to do customer service but I also became a trainer. And here is when I was able to develop a skill that I myself didn’t know I had, and that skill is the ability to teach and impart information to others. After this I was introduced to the business of sales, where at the beginning I didn't like it because I found it hard. But thank God I Am getting better at it now.
