1. INTRODUCTION
I am a Director of a Brazilian Law Firm, ALPHA UNIVERSAL WORLD TRADE LAWYERS
that has more than seventy law offices in almost all countries of the world.
The idea to bring these worldwide law offices to an association was born from the fact
the world is on daily changing and being global, there was the need to have a legal
worldwide structure to provide the best and quick legal assistance to our mutual
clients.
There was the need to have associated law offices to exchange experiences and to
provide legal assistance to their clients when international businesses are or are to be
agreed.
This association created an added value for clients, private and companies, in terms of
being advised by local Lawyers whichever is or would be the country in which the
business is or would be to take place.

professional manner.
In our personal legal activity this added value is extremely important to assist the
clients with high standards of legal advising and practice.
