Over a period of 11 years in aviation industry, I have developed excellent communication skills which enables me to sufficiently furnish customers with correct information in a timely manner. It also ensured that during flight disruptions I am able to handle irate, disappointed customers while still exhibiting professionalism within company set policies. 

I have adapted to flexibility in performing unexpected duties/tasks as they arise and may be required to suit company operations. Am a team player and believe in working as a team and learning from each other. 

Previously, i have been designated, in acting capacity, duties of shift in charge, leading a team of sales, check in, security agents where I continued to accumulate confidence in decision making and leadership.
