Actually, I am working on a coffee table book using my skills in street, food and coffee photography. I have heen in the industry for three years and have updated knowledge of coffee cultures from different cities, how coffee shops influence urban lifestyle and the various speciality drinks on the menu and their history.

I have been a barista for on of the top two coffee shops in Johannesburg and I know what it takes to serve customers satisfactorily. I have had experience with interviewing baristas and coffee shop owners.

I won Levi's Pioneer Nation as a speaker where I spoke about the coffee industry and its significance to the world. I concluded that coffee shop culture has a direct relationship with entrepreneurship.

I use my skills in Photography and design to write and report on the coffee shop industry both from a technical and motivational perspective.
