Patrick is a dedicated dental healthcare virtual assistant who has gained experience in various aspects of dentistry, including dental examinations, oral hygiene instructions, and oral health care. His experiences have not only deepened his understanding of diverse patient needs but also strengthened his commitment to serving others. Additionally, Patrick possesses experience in the collation and organization of video content and manuals for continuing education programs, as well as coordination with the company’s podcast. He also had been responsible for managing receipts for precise expense tracking, and scheduling meetings(including Zoom logistics and post-meeting follow-ups). He discovered a strong interest in the administrative side of dentistry. He has further developed his skills in handling tasks such as chart preparation, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, verifying insurance, and live scribing. This training has equipped him with a solid foundation in dental office management, enabling him to effectively manage various administrative tasks while ensuring the office runs smoothly and patients receive optimal care.
