Neenu E S

My name is Neenu E. S., and I live in Thiruvananthapuram, a small coastal town in southern India's Kerala state.

I have demonstrated my interdisciplinary academic competencies by successfully obtaining a master’s degree in computational biology and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Kerala University. During the academic phase itself, I exerted effort to acquire technical knowledge in bioinformatics software and tools such as Rasmol, Phylip, Autodock, Pymol, Arguslab, BLAST, FASTA, Cytoscaope, etc. And I have also done typewriting course in English and Malayalam languages.

The main accomplishments I was able to make in my previous positions that might be helpful in handling the job in your company are: 

At Indriyam Biologics Pvt. Ltd., where I work as a Python programmer, I gained experience using the Python programming language and Python libraries like OpenCV, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, Scipy, Numpy, Matplotlib, Tensorflow, Keras, Tkinter, etc.

Working as a project assistant at CSIR-NIIST has given me the opportunity to put my skills in R programming and the C++ programming language into practice. While engaged in the "Crosstalk between HER Receptor and STAT" research

Working as a trainee and technical assistant at the Department of Computational Biology and Bioinformatics has given me the experience to provide basic administrative support, such as organizing all workshops, conferences, activities, or seminars, creating forms, data entry etc. I have also gained practical knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel.
