As an HR professional, I have gained extensive experience across various organizations, handling a wide range of responsibilities. Currently, at Alpha-CX Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd, I am responsible for the full recruitment cycle in the customer support field. This includes sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. Additionally, I serve as a liaison between our clients and employees for any HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.

Before joining Alpha-CX, I worked as an Executive Recruiter at Pathfinders Health Search, a company specializing in the placement of leadership roles within Perioperative and Sterile Processing departments. I played a key role in identifying and placing talented professionals in crucial positions, focusing on OR Managers. My work there sharpened my expertise in executive recruitment, particularly in the healthcare sector. It was a challenging and rewarding experience that allowed me to hone my skills in sourcing top-tier candidates for leadership roles.

Before that, I spent over a year as a Human Resources Specialist at Kaya Systems. This role involved various HR functions, such as hiring, training and development, designing workplace policies, and performance monitoring. My time at Kaya Systems strengthened my HR management skills, particularly in fostering a productive and cohesive work environment.

Earlier in my career, I served as an HR Administrative Assistant at FingTap Solutions. My responsibilities there ranged from coordinating job postings and scheduling interviews to managing employee attendance and internal HR communications. This position provided me with a solid foundation in HR operations, equipping me with the skills necessary to assist in recruitment and handle various administrative tasks.
