For my past experience as a customer service representative, I was able to spend almost 5 years on my previous job. Started from the bottom and was able to finish at the top. Started as a CSR then became a CSR SUPPORT, then became SUPERVISOR, then became a MANAGER with all the hardwork and integrity plus while I’m working as a CSR I was also a part time video editor, I made videos for school projects and some part time project based videos.
