Making a difference is my aim, and communicating is what I love to do! I was heading the vibrant
and fast growing Brands team at the Malaysian arm of one of the world’s largest independent
communications marketing firms. Before that I was heading the PR, Marketing and Social Media team
for one of the fastest-growing media houses in Malaysia. I have over twelve year’s industry experience
in Public Relations, MarComm, Content Strategy & Development and both digital and offline marketing
across a variety of media platforms. I have worked for and freelanced for national and international
publications, websites and handled marketing, communication, content and publicity for various
national and international brands, startups and associations in India & Malaysia.
Innovative and effective solutions along with constant learning are my mantras and whacky workable

awareness of The Time Out KL Food Awards and The Best of Malaysia Awards. Voting up by
450% and 300% in 2013 as compared to 2010
o Initiated the Expatriate Lifestyle Charity Open, a charity golf event that has raised over
RM387,000 for Malaysian Children’s Charity -)
o Part of the team that successfully initiated and curated the he Esquire Malaysia’s Best
Dressed Real Man, Esquire Malaysia’s Brilliant Malaysians event and the Esquire Malaysia’s
Movember Movement that have raised over RM500,000 for charity.
o Responsible for a semi rebrand of the Time Out KL Comedy Thursday and growing it by a
100% year on year.
o Raised the free subscription of Expatriate Lifestyle in KL & Penang by 1,500% in 2013 as
compared to 2010
o Raising over RM62,000 for the Breast Cancer Wellness Association via the “Malaysian
Expatriate Charity Cricket Ashes” and over RM100,000 in earned PR for the same.

o Garnered over Rs.15++ million worth of earned PR for CAP Foundation’s Workforce
Development Initiative.
o Curriculum Development for a 3 months basic English learning module approved by GECIS.
o Handled the launch event and PR for the launch of Heritage Hospitals; launched by the then
CM of Andhra Pradesh Y.S.Rajasekhara Reddy.
o Developed the Net Matrix internal newsletter distributed across their North America and
