Summary
I am an undergraduate student in Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd University, pursuing my Bachelors of Business
Administration (B.B.A), concentrating in Management Information Systems.
During my years here in university, I have gained a lot of skills, such as communication, professionalism,
teamwork, and leadership. Using these skills has helped me succeed in my path here in PMU, and has helped
me to get ready for the work environment.
I am privileged to have completed one summer training program in Saudi Aramco, a renowned company where
I was able to apply what I studied in the workplace.My communication skills has also helped me in this matter,
as I was working with customers to provide support and help them with their needs.
Currently, I am seeking summer internship and employment opportunities at major firms. I would love to

Experience
Summer Trainee-Personnel at Saudi Aramco
July 2016 - September 2016 (3 months)
Duties and responsibilities:
• Worked on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to complete requests for employee
issues.
• Worked on the SAP system to access basic employee data for HR purposes.
• Worked in the information help desk to ensure all employee needs were properly forwarded to the
responsible unit such as dependent registration, medical extension requests, per-diem requests, etc...
