My name is Nathan Flohr and I am your guy.
I have three years of retail customer service work at Trader Joes where I achieved 5 consecutive exceeds expectations reviews. I have over three more years working in Production as a Lighting Technician where frequent problem solving and consistent communication with the client is a must.
At UC Davis I was the Media Director for the best business club on campus, Economics and Business Student Association (EBSA) where I changed how the club was viewed from the outside and increased social media activity by 30%. I have small team leadership experience in both EBSA and the production company where I am a Crew Chief.
I am a creative problem solver. Often in lighting I have to think on the spot on how to solve a problem and how to do it effectively without compromising. This is an exciting process to me.
I am extremely organized, making itineraries is my bread and butter. Bless the Google Suite as I am a follower. Google tasks help my love of lists, I have a task list I follow every day. I use Google Calendar for just about everything.
I have a strong work follow-through. I check and I re-check. I worked at lab in Davis where my data entry work was of paramount importance to ongoing research. If I made a single typo it could potentially mess up current research. Safe to say I did not make any typos.
I am technically competent and ambitious. I am the kind of person that is going to make a positive mark on any work-space I am at and am eager to learn from my peers and superiors. I'm ready to work in an Agile development environment.
Lastly, if I applied for your job, I really just want to work for you because I think your position or company sounds awesome. I know a large part of the job hunt isn't exactly what the candidate knows but what they can learn and who they are as a person. I can learn what you want me to learn, and I truly think I would be an asset to your company.
If you got this far, seriously thank you for reading.
