I have worked as a Customer Service Representative for a total of 4 years. My first job I handled a travel claims account where we were tasked to respond to chats regarding their refunds and payments for their flights. I have worked there for 2 years. On my most recent job I worked in a Healthcare account where I had to answer calls and chat from patients from the US. We helped them with their billing questions and processed payments for their bills.
