I have held several customer service positions in the past ranging from waiting tables, retail, hotel, and hospitality, security, and apartment maintenance. I have interacted with customers and people in a wide range of environments in many different circumstances. These interactions have given me the knowledge and skills to understand the customer's issue and communicate to them that I am here to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible and with their satisfaction as my primary goal.
I was also in the US Navy for 6 years from 2005 to 2011 where my primary roles were providing construction support in the field.
I am currently working towards my Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with Colorado State University Global campus. I have completed 105 of the 120 credits needed to graduate and currently have a GPA of 3.61. These online studies have given me the ability to work effectively and efficiently remotely as well as the flexibility to alter my school schedule to accommodate varying schedules for remote work.
