During my master’s studies, my main part-time job was
teaching the English language, as well as joining some
international companies for learning and training my skills.
Therefore, I have experience in customer support service for
an American health insurance company, as well as sales
manager and social media manager at an IT start-up. The last
was a fitness application for the USA market based in Lviv.
I have experience working as a project coordinator for an
international marketing company, LagomInt. I have used and
advanced the skills of communicating with my team, project
manager, and customers. I am creative and persistent in
finding new customers using HR tools, such as forecasting
and analyzing processes in the project, the text, networking,
recruitment, and onboarding for the project). I am strong at
scheduling calls, organizing meetings, following plans and
deadlines of the projects. I have been interviewing potential
customers and employees in English, Italian and Russian. I,
therefore, know the principles of leading the interview by
giving the right questions and providing an interviewee with
a comfortable open space to communicate.
I have 6 years of experience in teaching foreign languages
both individually and to a group of 3-7 persons. I am thus
strong at managing tasks and organizing my workspace.
By learning and working in Sales Management, I know how
to work with platforms like Hubspot, Zoominfo, Apollo. I
learn and adapt quickly to new processes and routines.
I am excited about Project Management, and I have studied
the Agile and Scrum PM methodologies, as well as taken the
course on project management in IT business, and I am ready
to implement those into practice while working on the
projects. I know the foundations of business models in IT
projects and the principles of tech products development. I
know how to work with Notion by studying this platform.
