I have 4 years of experience in the administrative and accounting field. My aim is to merge both well management of the administration such as Employee Resourcing and the follow up of the financial situation of the company. My additional actual skill at Digital.mu is Human Resources where I am responsible of the analysis of CV for the selection of candidates. It is with great pleasure that I manage the accounts of the company.

Even though I am in the HR / administrative department, my target is to give fresh Ideas and strategies to promote our company along with its products and love helping small and medium enterprises and giving advises. Always ready to make use of my expertise and attitudes in managing the Human Resources Strategy, budget reporting and forecasting. I also combine change management to my solutions delivery so that my client companies can grow and blossom in an efficient and cost effective way.

For short, I am passionate with all that is communication, finding strategic solutions, interaction with staff members and clients. For me: Effective communication is the key connection to personal and career success.
