Over the last 5 years, I have been working as a freelancer doing online and offline assistance to small/mid-sized startups/agencies in a wide variety of topics. My responsibilities were to handle end-to-end customer interaction, emailing, supporting sales and marketing processes.I have worked many respected clients doing data entry/data mining, lead generation and web search for many years. As part of my freelancing journey, I have supported different sized teams all across the globe, mainly Fintech startups and e-commerce websites.
