Nardos A. Mekonnen

My resume lays out my years of experience and my education, so I would like to take this time to tell you a little bit about my personality. I am a very passionate and creative woman who is very intuitive with people. I am a bit of a contradiction in that I am also a planner and love to make lists to map out the steps that it requires to accomplish each goal. Although to many these personality traits would not blend well, I know that this is why I have been successful in marketing.

Marketing is the blend of the left and right brains. It requires strategic research and planning while still being open to collaboration and new creative directions. The challenge is maintaining the voice of a brand while keeping the look, content, and voice of a brand consistent. I find this challenge exhilarating and it can often feel like you are working on a really huge puzzle or Rubik's cube. When you get to the other side of the challenge, the reward is seen through increased interaction with customers and higher sales for your client or company.
