I am a solution driven HR Professional with 10 years HR, Reward and data analysis experience, gained at large technology, financial services, retail and mobile telecommunications sectors in the UK, at EMEA HQ, and at smaller 50 person Seattle Start-ups at global level, and managing HR remotely for global employees from South Sea Asia, Australia to the East and West Coasts of the USA. I am flexible to collaborate with subject matter experts in Finance, Engineering and Business Development/Sales Leadership, as well as C-Level executives and board members.
I have designed total reward solutions to achieve business results and undertaken benefit offering development in international markets. I have lead numerous HR projects, such as writing HR handbooks from scratch, HRIS data clean-up, reward and recognition, C&B systems, spot bonuses, sales incentives, both continuous and seasonal schemes, long term incentive allocations, share allocation following IPO, job types, global recruitment, job levelling and rewriting of job descriptions across all countries, functions and levels of the organisational hierarchy.

I am used to working on Google Suite and using Jira for keeping accountable of my workload and Confluence for recording HR handbooks and policy. I am also ofae with off-the-shelf cloud HR systems for employee feedback such as Primalogik software and bonus.ly for employee recognition, which I highly recommend for globally dispersed employees. As a fast learner, I believe that I can learn, implement and administer any system that you may require.
