I am a type of person who is very passionate in everything that I do. I always want to be recognized and satisfied in my certain field. I love to hear good comments, but I always take criticisms as part of my career and I oftentimes take it constructively.

I graduated with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English on the year 2018. After that, I applied in the BPO industry and fortunately, I got hired. I was working as a customer service representative and at the same a sales representative since the account offers both LOB (Line of Business). I was working in a BPO industry for more than 3 years. I resigned since I had to look after my grandmom. Although I really wanted to stay longer in a company, however, I moved in a different city with my grandmom.

And so, I want to venture again and find good opportunity in freelancing job such as being a virtual assistant or customer service representative.

Indeed, my job experience was such a great tool that really molded me as a better employee, collegue and a better individual.
