Nancy Gabriela Rodas Barrera

I am a passionate young millenial for marketing and public relations. My main and first experience that I have had as a remote worker was with a digital journey from Costa Rica as a Marketing and customer service assistant were I had the opportunity to learn and work with different programs and softwares the allowed me to develop my tasks and be in contact with clients from all over the world.

Since that experience I have continue working in the same line, developing the following tasks:

• Content Management
• Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Customer relations: answering questions however they come in (email, calls) and managing any online feedback forums
• Analytics: Using Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics, and continually find ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives
• Plan and execute marketing strategies
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
• Assist managers in different tasks.

In my skills I am a detailed oriented and analytic person with strong communications skills and wide experience in digital marketing tools.
