I am a dedicated Software Engineer with over five years of hands-on professional experience in developing secure, reliable, and scalable web applications. My expertise spans both frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on building enterprise-grade solutions for various business needs. I have successfully worked on a range of projects across multiple industries, from internal enterprise tools to full-fledged SaaS platforms.

I began my professional journey with Wigal Vision Ltd, a technology and innovation-focused company, where I contributed to several large-scale projects. There, I played a key role in the development and maintenance of backend systems using PHP and the Laravel framework. I also utilized the Fat-Free Framework (F3) in building lightweight applications and internal tools for fast performance and easy integration.

Over the years, I have gained substantial experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, integrating third-party services, and building user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript and React. I am proficient in SQL database design and optimization, working with MySQL to ensure data integrity, security, and high performance.

A major highlight of my work is the development of a SaaS-based Susu application, designed to streamline daily operations for microfinance institutions and informal savings groups. This platform enables organizations to manage customer accounts, record deposits and withdrawals, track agent collections, and automate financial reporting. Key features include customer ranking, dormant account detection, commission approvals, and bank log management. The system supports multi-branch operations, mobile-friendly access for field agents, and automated SMS notifications to keep customers informed. Recognizing that some regions had limited internet access and no smartphones, we also developed a USSD interface to ensure inclusivity and allow users to access services without needing a mobile app. This inclusive approach significantly improved transparency, reduced manual errors, and enhanced operational efficiency for the Susu companies and cooperatives using the platform.

In addition to product development, I have also been involved in projects aligned with ISO 27001 information security standards. I contributed to the implementation of secure coding practices, user access control policies, and risk management procedures, ensuring that systems adhere to global information security requirements.
