Mzimba-Mnandi Covid 19 Protocols Good Day Thank you for choosing Mzimba-Mnandi. As an organization, we believe that wellness should be a lifestyle and with that being said we also understand the responsibility we have towards protecting our clients against any risk of contracting Covid 19. This is why we have taken it upon ourselves to put the following protocols into place for the safety and wellbeing of our clients. The protocols are as follows: 1. All Mzimba-Mnandi staff will wear face masks at all times during our appointments. 2. We will sanitize our hands upon our arrival and will massage throughout the duration of our appointment. 3. All equipment used will also be sanitized throughout the duration of the appointment. 4. We will try by all means to limit our movement around your home so we ask that you allow us to occupy a space in your home that will allow us to move around without making too much movement. 5. Kindly note that we do not take appointments from anyone who is ill so if you are feeling ill before the appointment we ask that you let us know so we can reschedule your appointment to a time when you will be feeling well again.
