Mzimba-Mnandi relaunch Changes to Mzimba-Mnandi Staff Website Changes to the website 1. Mzimba-Mnandi relaunch ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Relaunch is scheduled to take place in February 2022 We need a brand strategist to assist the business on the best course of action going forward. We need to identify ways of making the Mzimba-Mnandi brand grow In the future we plan to expand the brand to more than just massages, we want to focus more on our holistic approach The holistic approach would include diet, wellness conversations, creating live sessions on Instagram, and eventually we will be selling our own products Lesedi will post an Instagram video announcing the relaunch no later than 7 January 2022 We need to have a meeting with Thapelo regarding the website Hair treatment and nails will officially be added on as additional services that the business provides A photoshoot needs to take place before the relaunch 2. Changes to Mzimba-Mnandi ● ● ● ● ● ● We will be revising our prices and increasing them We plan to change the foot spa machines and replace them with metal bowls We plan to add in gowns for our clients We plan to get more towels We plan to add snacks as part of our packages, and we will be making them complimentary We plan to change our uniform to have more earthy colours such as lime green or brown 3. Staff ● We plan to create a database of massage therapists we will be based in different areas around Johannesburg. This database will consist mostly of students of beauty therapy ● ● ● ● All staff will be signing a contract Sono will be moving to the salon going forward An job advert will be created and posted on Instagram and Facebook All staff members must be in line with our values . Our values state that staff should be always presentable, neat, ambitious , and they should know how to carry themselves especially around clients 4. Website ● ● ● ● 5. We plan to have a photoshoot for the website and our social media pages The photoshoot will be taking place in January 2022 The website should be ready by the end of January 2022 Our new uniform should be ready before the photoshoot Changes to the website ● ● ● ● ● ● Opening picture: a picture of a client being massaged should be inserted Slogan: needs to emulate excellent service, excellence, and value for money.
