I am a Virtual Assistant that highly motivated and results driven. My collective 10 years experience in the BPO industry taught me to adapt to a dynamic working environment. I have held various positions starting as a Customer Service agent, then moving up to a Leadership role and handling training as well. For the past 3 years, I have been working as a Coach for Virtual Assistants here in the Philippines that works with US-based clients. Motivating and monitoring VA progress is one of my job description and being detail oriented is also a premise in making sure I do not miss any information that may affect the outcome.

I take pride in my patience in making sure that I the results I want and the results that is expected of me. I am resourceful and I like thinking outside of the box to overcome challenges. I am inquisitive and able to work with minimal supervision.
