I am Naiza Marie Bendana and I have been in customer support for about 5 years in total for both office-based and home-based jobs. I handled both voiced and non-voiced but in recent years, I am handling email and chat support. I learned how to do multiple tasking, handling multiple clients at the same time, and attending to their concerns, I learned how to use Zendesk, Salesforce, and Gist. Since I was part of the gaming console before, I learned how to use Google Play Console and Firebase Console. For monitoring, I am familiar with Hubstaff and Upwork. I am also familiar with google docs and excel for data entries.
I am equipped with both laptop and desktop for my backup. I also have prepared a generator for my power backup just in case we have a power outage. I also have 75 MBPS internet speed in the morning and 35 MBPS internet speed at night.
