Naiza Marie Bendaña

I am Naiza Marie Navales Bendaña. I am 34 years old and a proud single mother of 3 young children. As a single mother, my priority is to provide for them and at the same time be there for them. Working at home is very convenient and I can accomplish both of goals which are being a parent and provider for my family.

My first job is at Sutherland Global services as an inbound consultant under Intuit Company in Quickbooks department as front liners that receives calls that renew the Quickbooks registration and upsell new products to customers.

Next is Echo Sun Travel and Tours as Marketing Manager and Visa Consultant. I handle educational projects that will be offered to schools for field trips and provide presentations. The project is successful and got a lot of feedbacks that other schools recommend us as well.

Next is as a homebased outbound consultant at Motor Insurance Singapore calling lead customers and educate them to renew or get their motor insurance.

51Talk English Tutorial Services is the company that I stayed for almost 3 years as an online English teacher teaching Chinese students from different ages and different levels. I was also one of the pioneer group that handles the first kids program focus only teaching children. Aferwards, I started working at Tutoring Korea to teach Korean students. I worked at Stellar BPO Philippines Inc. as a multiple skilled live chat agent under Jetstar Airlines. Lastly is Global Teton Professionals under Inquiries and Derogative accounts that sends dispute letters to increase customer's credit points.

In my past job experiences, I learned to do multiple tasking, be keen to details, work in a very minimal supervision but still provide excellent result and a five star feedback from customers.
