Naidine Nina Yosores

I am an experienced VA since 2011. I worked in an office setting before for 2 years as VA and after that I settled as a home based VA agent for Australian online store. I have been to several accounts as a home based agent. I handled admin support, lead generation, customer service, logistics, chase and advise from supplier to customer. With my client right now I have been with them going 5 years this July and I also managed the PH team, we only have 5 people on board here in the Philippines. As a manager part of my job is to monitor the attendance and payroll. I was one of the pioneering agent with this client, I was with him before the online store goes live. We figure out how the platform works, how to make our work easier together. I don't even have the proper training like the product knowledge but as we go along I just learned things and share it to my colleagues now.
While I am with the company I also do part time jobs as a free lancer VA.
I also experienced handling real estate account and part of my job there is to do call customer for appointment setting and not really cold calling. I was an assistant HR for only a short period of time (3mons only) to one of the online VA company. My main task is to check the CV of applicants and filter for final list of candidates which will be passed to the HR manager. They also asked me to post job listings on several job posting sites like craigs list, elance, free lancer and Odesk (which is now called upwork).
Working from home gives me the opportunity to explore my skills and does not limit me to things I've only known. It let me experienced and learned new things which I thought only graduates student can have since it's what they have studied for like the assistant HR experience. I am only a nursing grad with a little background of leadership and management yet it let me expand my knowledge and enhance my skills in Human resource department. Whenever I commit myself to certain project I would really do the best I can to give a good quality of service to my client and make sure he has made the right decision in hiring me to be a part of the team. I can work under pressure with minimal supervision as long as I am oriented and have the best training surely I can do my job right.
