Nadine Klause

Hello, my name is Nadine and I am almost 31 years old. I am German but live in Tunisia now. I have been working with customers for 9 years now. These past two years I’ve switched to the digital customer support. I have worked in a German call Center as the customer support manager and afterwards I took over the whole customer support of a fast growing German start up company. I did all the email support, chat, inbound phone calls. I wrote invoices and much more. I take my work very seriously and punctually is very important to me. I sm also very diligent and work great in a team and if needed alone too; because I am great in stress situations.
