I offer services like audio and video transcription, web research, social media management, email and calendar handling and data entry. I have knowledge in MS word, excel and power point.  I am willing to learn new things and to train for enhancing and improving my skills.

I am a college graduate of BS in Electrical Engineering and currently attending training to become a virtual assistant.

In my previous work, we encounter a problem that needed your patients and communications skills. We solve it by continuous communication and do the needed task to resolve the problem. After we solve the problems we make a detailed reports.
