With a passion for Artificial Intelligence and a degree in Software Engineering, I have progressively taken on roles as a Product Owner and Project Manager in various industries, including mass retail, telecommunications, and software publishing. Through these experiences, I’ve gained a broad perspective on business challenges and honed my ability to design both robust and scalable solutions. I have led cross-functional teams, overseen software architecture design, and managed the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to streamline application development and deployment.

In my previous roles, I have driven the shift towards agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), provided training and coaching to technical and functional teams, and integrated AI solutions into diverse products and services. My responsibilities included gathering end-user requirements as well as devising technical and organizational roadmaps. Throughout, I consistently strive to foster innovation and ensure that tools and methods contribute to overall performance.

My ability to clarify technical aspects, coordinate diverse skill sets, and encourage collaboration has enabled me to deliver projects that meet business expectations while maintaining a high standard of technical quality. Looking ahead, my aim is to continue developing innovative solutions, particularly in the AI space, and to support companies in their digital transformation.
