I’m an experienced E-commerce Account Manager with international experience across the U.S., Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. I specialize in building, scaling, and optimizing online stores on major marketplaces like Walmart, Amazon, and Shopify — helping brands grow their visibility, conversion rates, and profitability through data-driven strategies.

I began my career in logistics at Skynet Worldwide Express, gaining hands-on experience in shipping, fulfillment, and international operations. From there, I transitioned fully into e-commerce, managing marketplace accounts for global consumer electronics and furniture brands. At Hyundai Technology, I led online sales across the U.S. and Mexico, optimizing listings, negotiating with platform reps, and improving campaign performance. Later, at Westin Furniture (Westin Trends), I managed Walmart Marketplace operations — overseeing multi-million-dollar annual sales, collaborating directly with Walmart Connect, and implementing advanced pricing and ad strategies to boost ROAS and TACoS efficiency.

My background combines creative marketing instincts with strong analytical and operational skills. I’m comfortable working with cross-functional teams, leading campaigns, and making data-driven decisions that directly impact growth. I’ve also launched and managed my own dropshipping brands, which deepened my understanding of what it takes to build an e-commerce business from the ground up.

Born and raised in Dubai, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at California State University, Fullerton (USA) before relocating to Egypt. My international background allows me to adapt easily to multicultural environments and communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
