Ø Creating a Count sheet for wall to wall inventory physical count or cycle count.

Ø Recording the physical count in Excel file and If any unidentified material, I do identify.

Ø Preparing a Final inventory report or Master report like variances, ok items, misplace etc.

Ø Making a comparing report from SAP System quantity and Physical quantity using Pivot Table and VLOOKUP formulas.

Ø Making gain and loss report in MS Excel file with using advance and critical formulas.

Ø Counted physical quantity update in the SAP System.

Ø Automated data processing systems specific to supply functions in Excel & SAP System.

Ø Creating a Supply chain data analysis and reporting.

Ø Checking the Quality assurance and performance measurement techniques.

Ø Federal and storage, distribution and materials handling regulations, policies and procedures.

Ø Using the SAP System & MS Excel to generate a stock status report.

Ø Compile a report on the impact of days of stock on hand and the turnover rate.

Ø Run a prior year report against current year report values.

Ø Develop and train logistics staff on the use of SAP program.

Ø Taking over the duties and responsibilities in the absence of the Supervisor

Ø Reporting the Daily attendance of each personnel in the group
