Through my previous people management experience (15yrs) alongside with other line-groups I have honed and combined a unique skill set that makes me a well-rounded and versatile worker. I am able to tackle issues with a wide perspective and formulate effective problem resolution options. In my previous jobs, I have also had opportunities to work with, and under with various personality types - so I am able to understand and work with different work-styles which helps me with projects as well as working on projects independently. These traits along with my desire to help others and ability for organization helps me to set apart from my peers. The perfect job for me would be to make it into the higher level than I was, having a vision of what something could be, and helping that vision come true by working with bosses, owners, and team members who can have the same or similar vision. Helping others to get what they want, and second mile in meeting their needs. I always believe that the growth and opportunity that my employer will offer solely depends on my performance. I have already demonstrated leadership abilities to my previous roles, so I am very confident that I can take on progressively greater responsibilities in the future. I enjoy working with a team, developing its goals, and then working to accomplish them.
