Hired to establish new team, systems and processes from the ground up. Charged with improving quality across the organization with a focus on digital transformation, core systems, data services, and infrastructure. Built and lead team of 25 in Service Validation & Testing, Release & Deployment Management and DevOps within Agile/Lean development environment.
