I have a solid 9 years experience in a customer service industry. My most recent job was with Amazon Philippines as a Customer Service Associate. I quit my office job and decided working as a freelancer early this year. I have experience working as a Dispute Agent and as a Client Desk Virtual Assistant for an e-commerce company. I have knowledge in handling PayPal disputes, handling inquiries regarding orders and shipments. Some of the tools that I've used are Shopify, Zendesk, Happy Fox, Grasshopper. I am also knowledgeable in using Google Drive, Google Sheets and other Microsoft office applications. I am very organized, goal driven and a fast learner. I am hoping to find a part-time job where I could utilize my skills and at the same time gain an extra income for my 2 kids.
