In my previous role, I managed the company’s Facebook page by creating product listings, updating stock availability, and handling customer inquiries. I made sure every post reflected the brand’s voice while keeping information accurate and up to date. Through these daily responsibilities, I developed a deep understanding of how consistent communication and reliable service build brand credibility and customer loyalty.

As a freelancer, I expanded my skill set by researching and compiling accurate product data, assessing product images for quality and consistency, and maintaining organized records for online stores. I also provided customer assistance, coordinated order management, and tracked deliveries to ensure smooth and timely fulfillment. These experiences taught me to balance multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail—qualities that are essential for managing social media accounts and campaigns.
