Myles O'bery

Basically, my name is Myles. I'm 23 years old and I've had a pretty interesting life so far. I grew up in South Africa and moved to Australia when I was 11 and have been living in Thailand for the last two years, so I've had a wide range of experiences.

My job experience is pretty similar, I've done everything from stocking shelves, dog grooming, cleaning cars to direct marketing (face to face & over the phone) and now teaching English abroad. Using these different environments I believe I am better able to adapt to customers and provide a steller service, creating a winning outcome for everyone. 

My natural demeanor is cool, calm and collected. I handle hostile situations with ease and composure, ensuring that the other party feels that their concerns have been understood. I thrive on direct feedback and love suggestions on how I can improve professionally. 

In regards to my experience, I have close to three years in customer service/sales in a variety of environments which also included managing a sales team within a direct marketing company. I've used various communication applications including Slack and Zoom. I also have a basic level of coding as I've taken an introductory course in programming.
