I have been in the BPO industry for a decade now. I've been a Sales representative, TSR, CSR, data processor, IT Helpdesk and an expert virtual assistant.

I've experience handling people from all walks of life and learned from each and everyone of them. I always keep in mind that no matter how great the service I provided the next person should get greater service.

I have great communications skills which was honed from training, conversations  and experiences from my previous jobs. And because of this my phone skills are awesome.

Conversations go both ways so I make sure that I also know how to listen and interpret what the person I'm talking to is saying. For me, learning is never ending that is why I want to keep on developing my skills to give the best service. I always want to strive for the best.
