I started as a customer service representative for T-Mobile handled Billing, Technical Support, General Inquiries and Sales and worked tirelessly to excel in what I do. I have done a lot of shipping, tracking, ordering supplies for shipping needs and even investigation for lost packages with UPS. I have a bit of an experience when it comes to sales. I encouraged customers to upgrade their plans and offered new promos we have.
I have been a Virtual assistant since 2016 working as a lead generation specialist for a digital marketing professional. I primarily used Linked in searching for prospects.
Working from home can be challenging at times but that’s when the real fun starts and I love every minute of it. With the help of platforms like Skype, Slack, Google Hangouts and Viber, I still enjoy good-natured banter with my teammates and feel part of the team.
