While volunteering in this position I played a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s online
reputation, fostering engagement, and driving business growth through strategic and creative
use of social media platforms; twitter, Instagram, facebook and linkedIn.
Additionally I carried the following activities;
Audience Engagement: Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and
mentions to foster meaningful interactions and build a positive relationship with
followers.
Analytics and Insights: Tracking and analyzing social media metrics to assess the

Network Support Engineer
RESPONSIBILITIES
While in this position I carried out a number of responsibilities as elaborated below;
Network Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and implement network solutions
based on the organization's requirements. This included designing network topology, selecting
hardware and software components, and ensuring scalability and security.
Network Monitoring: I continuously monitored the network infrastructure for performance
issues, security threats, and downtime. I also used network monitoring tools to proactively
identify and address any issues.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: I used to diagnose and resolve network issues quickly
to minimize downtime. This involved analyzing logs, packet captures, and utilizing
troubleshooting techniques to identify and rectify problems.
Network Security: We used to Implement and maintain security measures to protect the
network from unauthorized access, malware, and other threats. This included mainly firewall
configuration and regular security audits.
Network Maintenance: I performed routine maintenance tasks, such as firmware updates, patch
management, and hardware replacements as needed to ensure the network's reliability and
performance.
Documentation: I maintained comprehensive documentation of the network infrastructure,
including network diagrams, configurations, and change logs. This documentation helped in
troubleshooting and future planning.
The above are the tasks I performed during my role at Stratcom as the Network Engineer and I
did them together with a supportive team of colleagues.
