My cold calling career begun in two thousand twenty when i started working as a CSR in IBEX(outbound call center). Through my unique strategies in lead generation i gained attention of the high officials and they selected me as a team leader. I have worked on different campaigns like FE, Auto insurance & Medical insurance. Now i am trained enough in this particular field that i can work on any lead generation campaign.

My roles at ibex were mainly focused on assisting agents while closing sales, giving tips to the agents those could help them boosting their sale, keeping check on sales & quality assurance.
