About

I am a Business/Data Analyst with proven experience in turning raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. With strong technical expertise in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, I specialize in analyzing sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize performance across departments.

In my current role at SASA Kapasi Department, Kuwait, I monitor sales and customer data daily, identify anomalies, and create dynamic dashboards in Power BI and Excel to help managers track KPIs such as revenue, customer behavior, and inventory turnover. By collaborating with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams, I have streamlined reporting processes, improved stock availability, and delivered actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Previously, as a Data Analyst at Next24Tech Technologies, India, I analyzed retail sales data to uncover regional gaps, high-performing product categories, and customer purchase behaviors. I evaluated pricing, discounting, and shipping strategies to reveal their impact on profit margins, resulting in cost-saving and revenue-boosting recommendations. My work guided strategic decisions in inventory management, logistics, and marketing campaigns.

At Saiket Systems, India, I focused on customer retention by analyzing subscription and usage data. I identified churn patterns and created strategies such as better onboarding, long-term contract incentives, and referral programs. By using SQL, Excel, and Power BI, I highlighted key drivers of customer loyalty and reduced churn risk across the customer base.

Beyond professional roles, I have led self-initiated projects in business operations analytics, where I worked on sales analysis, procurement optimization, logistics improvement, and inventory monitoring. For instance, I identified that discounts on low-profit items were hurting revenue, flagged vendor inefficiencies, and built dashboards that guided procurement and restocking decisions.

I hold a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) from MIT World Peace University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Applications (BCA) from Ness Wadia College of Commerce. Additionally, I have completed certifications in Data Analysis (Microsoft & LinkedIn) and Python & SQL for Data Science (Scaler).

I bring a balance of technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring that insights are not only accurate but also practical and impactful. My goal is to help organizations leverage data to improve decision-making, reduce costs, enhance customer satisfaction, and grow revenue.
