With strong technical expertise in SQL, Excel, and Power BI, I specialize in analyzing sales, customer, and operational data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimize performance across departments.

In my current role at SASA Kapasi Department, Kuwait, I monitor sales and customer data daily, identify anomalies, and create dynamic dashboards in Power BI and Excel to help managers track KPIs such as revenue, customer behavior, and inventory turnover. By collaborating with sales, supply chain, and marketing teams, I have streamlined reporting processes, improved stock availability, and delivered actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Previously, as a Data Analyst at Next24Tech Technologies, India, I analyzed retail sales data to uncover regional gaps, high-performing product categories, and customer purchase behaviors. I evaluated pricing, discounting, and shipping strategies to reveal their impact on profit margins, resulting in cost-saving and revenue-boosting recommendations.
