I have over 3+ years of development and implementation experience on projects ranging from small departmental applications through complex enterprise solutions in multi-national corporate environments. I am specialize in build market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationship. Project analysis and presentation is my passion. From the preparation of business case proposals and strategic planning, feasibilities studies, requirement definitions and specifications, business modelling, solution analysis and design, project plans and control documentation, through to transition and implementation management. I am ultimately responsible for entire IT operations, managing team of 15+ members and project budgets. I am developing fine strategies and implementing large software projects to digitise store and digitally deliver their extensive back programme archieve.
