Create and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers. Estimate and establish budgets for purchases.

Maintain purchase records and other important data.
Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
Develop plans for purchasing services, and supplies.
Ensure that the products and supplies meet quality standards. Work with team members to complete duties as needed.
Maintain and update a list of suppliers.
Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders. Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders.
Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of
physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
Manage supplier relations and database as well as maintain high ethical
relationships both internally and externally.
Keep a record of sales and restock the store accordingly.
