Establishing the Import and Export L/C’s for the carry out of the shipments, Or Arranging the TT if the shipment is not under L/C
Keep the records updated of the Shipment dates and arranging for the amendments if required.
Independent handling of all types of freight documents.
Responsible for pricing on import, export & transfer of sea freights.
Booking shipment with respective shipping agencies.
Coordinating with suppliers regarding shipments.
Follow up agencies for vessel’s availability and arrival.
Tracking record of shipments with concerned shipping companies.
Providing monthly/weekly status reports to superiors.
Preparing invoices to suppliers and log in registers.
Coordinating with bank representatives.
Handling petty cash dealings and bank transactions.
Settling payments to vendors/agents.

Working online with banks
Arranging for Visa and accommodation for the suppliers to visit us and arranging meetings.
