Email Management
I scheduled my client calendar using
google calendar. I prioritize tasks by
Categorizing them based on urgency
and importance, then schedule each
tasks with specific time blocks. I use
Color coding to visually distinguish
between work ,personal and
reoccurring events. Regularly review
and adjust the calendar to ensure it
aligns with changing priorities and
deadlines.
Managed client emails by sorting, prioritizing ,colorcoding, deleting spam, creating folders and labels,
and ensuring all emails were attended to promptly.
Developed a strategy for managing incoming
messages, which involved categorizing them based
on urgency and relevance.

Notion
I used Trello, ClickUp, and Notion to ensure efficient
task tracking, team collaboration, and seamless
project organization. Trello was used for visual task
management with boards and cards, ClickUp
helped with detailed project workflows and progress
tracking, while Notion served as a centralized hub for
documentation and knowledge sharing. These tools
helped streamline the project and keep the team
aligned.

research process involves cross-referencing data for accuracy and extracting actionable insights.
I also create charts and visualization using tools like Excel to simplify complex data. This helps communicate key
