I have three years of experience as a Graphic designer, General Virtual Assistant focusing on writing articles non-voice customer support through email/chat and already wrote Press Releases Besides, I also did some proofreading work to post on Word Press Sites.

I already dealt with different clients and undergone training especially on SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Video Marketing, and Social Media. I also learned setting up email campaigns and auto responders. Although I may not be an expert in these areas, I have a good grasp and understanding of it as well as experience in implementing what I've learned from the training.
