Presently working as Secretary, Finance Support (Sites) Department, ADNOC Refining. My daily work includes: preparation of memos, mail In-Out, action follow-up, verifying employees’ timesheets, scan monthly timesheets and other documents, arrange transport and book hotels for department employees, verification of monthly Etisalat telephone and fax invoices etc, scanning Etisalat monthly invoices., Annual budget. Proposals publication.
Earlier I worked in SVPRRE ADNOC Refining as Office Admin where daily work includes: Typing, proof-reading and distribution of a variety of material such as memos, reports and tabulations. This exercise includes entering, amending and retrieving information, and performing security copying and archiving of documents.
Timely and accurate completion of all Electronic Document Control tasks / Scanning and controlling Paper documents through Action Follow Up Systems (AFU).
Handle internal and external correspondence.
Work on multiple assignments allocated by the SCPMDM & SVP Office.
Follow-up action items assigned to VPs & Department Managers by sending emails to their offices and phone calls as well.
Support SVP’s Senior Office Administrator in day-to-day activities.
