Work Experiences
1) ZTE Corporation
(March 2021-Present)
Material Controller
a) Key-in data of repair parts which is sent by the repairer in ZTE System called ASMS (Repair and Return
Management). This data includes everything about the repair parts such as the material code, batch code, model of
the repair parts etc. which can be check in ZTE ECCN System (Export Control Classification Number).
b) Check data by exporting them out in the ZTE system by using Microsoft Excel and filtering whichever the item
is good to use, declare scrap, need to send back to HQ China or return without repair. Daily reports by using Pivot
Table in Microsoft Excel will be made and given to the managers for review.
c) Prepare monthly performance level for the repairers by using the data inside the system and came out with a pivot
table with color scales in conditional formatting, visualize in line graph to see the up and down trend, bar chart to
see the overall performances.
d) Control in and out of spare parts in the storage room which involves a system called IWMS (Inventory Warehouse
Management System).
e) Checking duplicate faulty parts which are already repaired by the repairer 2 times to be excluded from inbound
to the repair center.
f) Checking SQ (Service Quality) data for 1 year period to make sure repaired faulty parts cannot be repaired more
than 2 times which the percentage must be less than 0.50%.
g) Liaise with other departments for any upcoming project such as the involvement for 5G projects, the technical
modification for RRU models and BBU models.
h) Admin tasks such as scanning documents, preparing claims, or getting leave approval from the manager.

a) Taking off from the drawings or measurement of quantities to check whether the quantity is same or not.
b) Handle procurement for projects which include tendering process, getting quotation from subcontractors, and
tender award.
c) Preparing subcontractor’s claims whenever subcontractor already completed their job as per work orders.
d) Doing site valuation to see whether the subcontractor’s job is 100% done based on the specifications given.
e) Check material on site to trace the in and out of material that has already been used to avoid waste.
f) Prepare work orders for subcontractors based on the Completion Project Management (CPM) so the
subcontractors can start their work.
